Categories screen
The Categories for card front designs are loaded when you click the 'New Card' button.
The app's range of card front designs are organised together under categories. The categories are quite straight-forward, but there are a few points that should be understood before you begin making cards.
General tip: Some card fronts have a design suitable for placing objects anywhere, others have a certain area of free space, so that you can position text or stickers, like these examples below.
Here is an outline of each category.
Birthday
Most Birthday card fronts have simply animated text/graphical elements included. You can still add stickers and text if you wish, (except with video based fronts) but any items that you insert need to be positioned in a way that does not conflict with the pre-made design.
important: The card front editing screen does not show the pre-made objects. You can gauge the 'free space' areas by looking at the design preview (eye icon on thumbnail) If you need to adjust objects you added, you can return to the ecard front editing screen to make changes after previewing at the end of the card making process.

Texture and Color
A varied range of card fronts, with no pre-made text/graphical objects. You can position your own text and stickers anywhere on the 'background' provided by these versatile designs. Useful for anything from a beautiful 'keeping in touch' mini letter to a birthday or anniversary and more.

Nature
Designs with a natural world theme, mostly landscapes, also animals and beauty of nature inspired art. They have no pre-made text/graphical objects. You can position your own text and stickers anywhere on the 'background' provided by the striking images in this category.
Floral
Ideal for many different occasions, these floral themes have no pre-made text/graphical objects. You can position your own text and stickers anywhere on the 'background' provided by the beautiful templates in this category.
Quick to Phone
This category is different to the rest. The designs are portrait oriented and ready for you to add text, stickers and photo inserts before downloading and sharing. Some of them include a message.
Don't progress onto creating a card inner and envelope with the Quick to Phone designs. For more info read the short Quick to Phone help guide.
Christmas
Available from mid November. Create Seasonal greetings with these festive card front designs. Some have pre-made elements. Check the thumbnails to see which do.
About video based designs
Some designs may use video. Stickers and text cannot be added to these. Advance directly on to the card inner editing screen (top right arrow).
